Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds are not available for change of mind once a session has been delivered.
This is due to the personalised and time-reserved nature of coaching and healing services.
What if I’m unhappy with my session?
If a service has not been provided with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
However, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction related to personal preference, emotional outcomes, or expectations once a service has been delivered.
What happens if I miss my session?
Missed sessions or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

What if I’m running late?
Please do your best to arrive on time so we can make the most of our session. If you’re late, we’ll use the remaining time available. Sessions end at the scheduled time. Arrivals over 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
Clarity Calls
What is a 15-minute clarity call?
A clarity call is a short, complimentary connection call to explore whether working together feels aligned.

Is the clarity call a coaching or healing session?
No. The clarity call is not a coaching, Reiki, healing, or therapy session.
No personalised guidance, emotional processing, or intuitive work is provided during this call.

Mental Health & Scope of Support
Do you offer mental health or therapeutic services?
No. My services are non-clinical and offered as coaching and holistic support only.
They do not replace therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

What if I’m experiencing significant distress or need urgent support?
If you are in crisis or experiencing acute distress, I gently encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional or emergency services.
If you are in Australia, you may contact Lifeline (13 11 14) or Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636).

Can I work with you alongside therapy or medical care?
Yes. Many clients choose to work with me alongside other professional supports.
However, my services are complementary and not a replacement for clinical care.

Are sessions transferable to someone else?
No. Sessions and packages are non-transferable and are reserved specifically for you.

Distant Reiki/Energy Healing Sessions

What is distant Reiki?
Distant Reiki is an energy healing session conducted remotely. Reiki energy is not limited by time or distance and is guided with intention, presence, and care. Sessions are held online, allowing you to receive Reiki from the comfort of your own space.

Is distant/online Reiki as effective as in-person Reiki?
Many clients find online Reiki to be just as powerful as in-person sessions.
Because Reiki works with universal life force energy, physical proximity is not required for the session to be effective.
​
What happens during an online Reiki session?
During your session, you’ll be invited to relax in a quiet, comfortable space.
I will guide the session and channel Reiki energy remotely. You may experience sensations such as warmth, calm, emotional release, or deep relaxation — or you may simply feel a sense of peace.
Every experience is unique.

What do I need for an online Reiki session?
To support your session, please ensure you have:

Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No. Reiki does not require belief or expectation.
Simply arriving open and relaxed is enough.

Is Reiki a replacement for medical or mental health care?
No. Reiki is a complementary, non-clinical practice and does not replace medical treatment, therapy, or mental health care.

Can I receive Reiki if I’m currently seeing a doctor or therapist?
Yes. Reiki can be received alongside other professional care and is often used as complementary support.

What if I feel emotional during or after the session?
Emotional release can sometimes occur as part of the healing process. This is normal.
However, Reiki sessions are not intended for crisis support or trauma processing. If you require ongoing emotional or mental health support, please seek appropriate care.
Oracle Card Readings

What are oracle card readings?
Oracle cards are a reflective and intuitive tool used to support insight, self-awareness, and energetic themes that may be present for you.
Within Reiki or energy healing sessions, oracle cards are used as a gentle complement to the healing work — not as a standalone predictive reading.

How are oracle cards used during sessions?
Oracle cards may be used:

at the beginning of a session to set intention

during a session to highlight energetic themes

or at the end of a session to support integration and reflection
Their use is always intuitive, optional, and guided by the session flow.

Are oracle card readings predictive or fortune-telling?
No. Oracle card readings offered within my sessions are not predictive and do not tell the future.
They are not used to make guarantees, timelines, or specific outcomes about relationships, health, fertility, finances, or life events.

Can oracle cards answer yes/no questions or make decisions for me?
No. Oracle cards are not used for yes/no answers or to make decisions on your behalf.
They are intended to support self-reflection, inner guidance, and personal insight, empowering you to make your own choices.

Can oracle cards bring up emotional topics?
Occasionally, oracle cards may touch on emotional or energetic themes.
However, sessions are not intended for trauma processing or crisis support. If you require deeper emotional or mental health care, I gently encourage seeking appropriate professional support.

Can I ask specific questions using oracle cards?
You may bring intentions or areas you’d like support around, but oracle cards are not used to answer questions that require medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Privacy, Consent & Data Storage

What information do you collect from me?
I collect only what is necessary to provide services, such as your name, contact details, booking information, and consent forms.
Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers and are not stored by me.

How are my consent forms stored?
Consent forms are stored securely on protected systems and are accessible only to authorised personnel.

How long is my information kept?
Personal information and consent records are kept only for as long as required to:
