Terms, Refunds & Important Information

These Terms apply to all customers and potential customers of

By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Eligibility & Purchase Requirements

To purchase services or products from our website, you must:

  • be 18 years or older, or have parental or guardian consent;

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information;

  • pay using the available payment methods at the time of purchase;

  • use any special offer or discount codes at checkout, as they cannot be applied retrospectively.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel or amend it.

Refund Policy – Services (Coaching, Reiki & Holistic Sessions)

Cancellations & Change of Mind

  • Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more are eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend a session, are non-refundable.

  • Sessions that have already been delivered are not refundable for change of mind.

 

After a Service Has Been Delivered

Due to the personalised and experiential nature of coaching and energetic services:

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, perceived outcomes, or personal preference.

  • If a service has not been provided with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Packages & Programs

  • Multi-session programs and packages are non-refundable once commenced, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Unused sessions are non-transferable.

Refund Policy – Products (Physical & Digital)

Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

 

Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • is faulty or damaged,

  • is not of acceptable quality,

  • is not fit for purpose, or

  • does not match its description.

Where applicable, reasonable return postage costs will be covered.

 

Delivery

Products are shipped via Australia Post or a reputable courier.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items once dispatched, but we will assist where reasonably possible.

 

Important Information About Our Services

Our services are non-clinical and offered as coaching and holistic support only.
They do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.

If you are experiencing acute distress or require urgent mental health support, please seek assistance from a qualified professional or emergency services.

 

Testimonials & Content Use

If you provide testimonials, reviews, photos, or other content:

  • you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes across print and digital platforms;

  • you may request removal of this content at any time by contacting us.

 

Other Matters You Should Be Aware Of

Except as required by law, we may at any time:

  • update website content, pricing, descriptions, or availability;

  • change or discontinue products or services;

  • cancel orders where information is inaccurate or fulfilment is not possible.

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be provided.

 

Liability & Indemnity

  • our liability under the Australian Consumer Law is limited, at our option, to the replacement of the product or the cost of replacement.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through good faith discussion, both parties agree to engage an independent dispute resolution professional, with each party bearing their own costs.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
